2020
An Idea Was Born
Frustrated with a long, painful experience (3 weeks and 27 emails back and forth...) of ordering branded merch for a personal project, our Co-Founder, Sam, had the idea to bring the merch experience online and into the 21st century but wasn't sure how. -
2021
Build a Brand We Believe In
Sam, Neil, Brian & Ben decided that Mercha had to exist. Our first step was to build a brand based on our shared values: Build the best product. No unnecessary waste. Leave the planet better than you found it. Treat people as you want to be treated. Mercha was born. -
2022
Mercha.com.au MVP Launched!
After mapping the many pain points businesses face when researching, buying, storing and distributing branded merch, we set out to build the best B2B technology platform in the world. We launched our MVP in February 2022. -
2023
The Digital Destination
Turns out, we were onto something. The problem is real and businesses quickly realised that we offer a 10x better way to buy and supply quality branded merchandise. We are the digital destination in a traditionally offline industry. Our core buyers are planet conscious digital natives who expect an exemplary online purchase experience. We deliver! -

Becoming the 'Default'
Our expansion strategy is to become the default merch provider via technology focused product development and customer service enablement. We want to make it painfully easy for businesses to order, store and distribute branded merch at scale. And we're just getting started...
