So, how long does that exactly take? Well, a few factors come into play including the product you choose, the type of customisation, and the destination we're sending to. While we can work magic, we can't make things suddenly ✨appear✨.

How Long Does it Take to Order Company Branded Merch?

 

1. PLANNING PHASE | 1 - 2 weeks

Unless you know exactly what you want, you're a fantastic decision maker and happen to be in charge of the financial coming and goings, this generally takes about one to two weeks.

It's all about discovering what you need, how much you need of it and what product is best going to suit. While there are hundred of options out there, rest assured our range has been carefully curated as we've tried and tested these products and suppliers ourselves to ensure tip-top quality and where possible – sustainability. 

2. DESIGN | 1 - 2 weeks

The fun begins! Traditionally, this usually takes over two weeks by the time you submit a logo and wait for a company to return with mock-ups and requirements – but, not in our house! If you have a PNG, SVG or EPS (EPS preferable) file ready of your logo, you can simply upload and place your it directly where you desire. Our intuitive platform shows you where's suitable.

Don't worry – if you're unsure of the clarity and placement, our team check each and every design and will be in touch if there's any queries (this will only take days, not weeks so we can proceed quickly). You'll sign off on a final file and boom - you're in motion. 

 

3. PRODUCTION | 1 - 2 weeks

The production timeline can vary depending on the type of merchandise and the quantity ordered. You can check a guideline at the bottom of the page during your order. Factors such as printing techniques, embroidery, or engraving can also affect production time. If you need further clarification, don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team here. 

 

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY | 1 - 2 weeks

After production is complete we'll be ready to sign, seal, and deliver your merch, whether it's to you, or individual recipients to save you the hassle. Overall, the entire process of ordering company-branded merchandise typically takes anywhere from 4 to 10 weeks, start to finish. However, it's important to note that this timeline is approximate – your order is bespoke to us, as too the order and shipping times.

It's advisable to plan ahead and allow for some flexibility to account for potential delays or unexpected issues that may arise during the ordering process. In saying that, efficiency and eye for detail is what we're all about, so trust we'll be doing our absolute best!
