June 5th – World Environment Day
A United Nations initiative, this day is becoming more and more important, but we don't need to tell you that! Whether it's your team or your customers, a green-mind and business ethos is integral. The ballpoint has arguably been around since either 1888, invented by an an American or since 1943 when two brothers from Argentina submitted a patent (the Biro brothers). Whoever you believe to be the first, we don't think there will ever be a last! June 21st – World Music Day
Originally launched in France in 1982 as Fête de la Musique, it's now celebrated around the world! Further, listening to music is shown to reduce heart rate, lower blood pressure, decrease cortisol, and increase serotonin so it really is the best medicine.
